The St. Gallen Transformation Lab supports the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable futures in the region.

The St.Gallen Transformation Lab was launched in 2025 as a joint initiative between the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and the University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland (OST). It is co-financed by swissuniversities for the years 2025-2026. This project website provides up-to-date information about the Transformation Lab, overarching support measures for positive impact, and specific impact-oriented projects.
