Through a launchpad and support center for impact-focused projects the Transformation Lab aims to support ecosystem stakeholders and emerging impact-focused projects in their conceptualization, planning, implementation and evaluation in different ways. Anchored in the knowledge generation of the Transformation Lab this is a key mechanism for transforming insights back into practice and action. Support can range from ad-hoc help with identifying experts, matching collaborators, event facilitation or impact evaluation to more systematic support throughout the whole project.
